Tuition Refund Policy

Full refunds will be granted only if a cancellation request is received at least 7 days before the scheduled start date of the class.

A 50% refund will be granted for cancellations made during the week leading up to the start date of the class.

No refunds will be issued once the class has commenced.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to the Kamia Kindle Enterprises administration office or via email to info@kamiakindle.com and must include the student’s name, course details, and reason for cancellation.

Allow up to 14 business days from the date of the cancellation request for the refund to be processed.

Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original transaction.

This tuition refund policy is subject to change at the discretion of the Kamia Kindle Enterprises administration.

By enrolling in a course at Kamia Kindle Enterprises, students acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms of this tuition refund policy.
