ABOUT US
ReDiscover’s Street Outreach Program is for those seeking assistance for immediate and long-term housing and mental and physical healthcare. We work to not only provide housing but to keep people housed by working with our community partners to help people access the services they need where they need them.
As an extension of our traditional Street Outreach Program, ReDiscover’s Transit Street Outreach Program works with The Kansas City Area Transportation Authority to better serve our community by connecting with people who are using public transportation to stay warm, cool, and safe. Our Outreach Workers ride public transportation to build relationships with these individuals and educate them on available resources.
SERVICES
We’re dedicated to meeting clients where they’re at and helping set up long-term care that treats the whole person.
Who We Serve:
Adults, families, and children whose lives have been affected by mental illness and/or substance use. We help a broad range of individuals, including those with limited financial means or
without insurance.
