ABOUT US
ReDiscover’s Employment Services Program is open to all clients and integrates with other treatments for seamless support. Clients receive assistance based on their work experience, strengths, and preferences to find competitive jobs that pay at least minimum wage. We offer benefits counseling to explain how working affects Social Security and Medicaid, ensuring clients can work while retaining some benefits. After job placement, Employment Specialists provide ongoing support as needed.

Jobs provide stability and fulfillment and can help individuals see themselves more positively. Work gives people structure, routines, and purpose on top of social interaction. Having an income provides access to more choices about what to buy, where to live, types of insurance, and new forms of entertainment.
Employment specialists will tailor services to meet your needs and can visit with you in your home, the community or at the office. Transportation options to meetings include the van, your Community Support Specialist, or your employment specialist.
How To Enroll:
Clients interested in enrolling in Employment Services should talk to their Community Support Specialist or anyone on their treatment team to begin the referral process.
