Our Psychiatric Rehabilitation Services help adults 18+ with mental illness achieve personal well-being and enhance daily life.
ReDiscover offers case management, medication management, counseling, and support for serious mental illnesses like major depression, bipolar disorder, and schizophrenia. We also address chronic medical conditions and connect clients to appropriate care. Clients can improve physical health through exercise groups and wellness coaching at ReDiscover’s Healthcare Home.
For basic necessities like clothing, housing, transportation, or food, ReDiscover connects individuals with community resources.
We Provide:

- Home visits
- Individual and group counseling
- Employment services
- Life skills education
- Referrals to additional services, as needed.
ReDiscover’s employment specialists are available to provide employment resources to clients interested in finding a job in the community. They help clients with resume writing, skill building and interview techniques.

- Limited van transportation
- Semi-independent living opportunities
Who We Serve:
ReDiscover’s Psychosocial Rehabilitation serves Missouri residents and accepts Medicaid, Medicare, private insurance, and self-pay clients. Individuals in need of financial assistance and out-of-state residents with private insurance are able to seek services.
