LIFE SKILLS TRAINING FOR YOUNG ADULTS
ReDiscover offers life skills training in a supervised apartment setting for young adults, age 18-25, who have a mental illness, lack a place to live, and need financial and social support to make a successful transition to adulthood.
The TLP program offers living assistance in an apartment setting in both the Raytown and South Kansas City (Waldo) areas.
PROGRAM FEATURES:
To learn more about the Transitional Living Program (TLP) or to make a referral, please call 816-886-5428 or email Elizabeth Deason at edeason@rediscovermh.org.
If you are a young adult with a mental illness, have “aged out” of the foster care system, or can no longer live in a children’s group home, ReDiscover has a safe place for you to start your life as an independent adult.
